Making your namein the indie scene with a full album

Your full world in one album — we see it through to the end.

Producer Hwang Gyeongha

15-year music producer & A&R

I work with indie singer-songwriters and bands on their releases. From shaping the song to getting it onto Spotify and Apple Music, connecting session players, and reaching press and critics — for a song to find its place in the indie scene, all these steps have to fit together.

A successful release is hard to pull off alone. So my job is to be the companion who walks the whole way with you.

Who this is for

Want to capture your full artistic world in one work
Ready to leave a clear mark in the indie scene
Looking to reach critics and media in earnest
Want to use grants or crowdfunding to structure the budget

If you haven't released a single yet, we recommend starting there. It's a stronger foundation.

What we focus on for your full album

A full album is a battle of quality and time.

Depth of A&R & song selection

We judge together which songs belong on the album and which don't. The full arc of the album is decided here.

Full arc & sequence design

We design the journey from track 1 to the last so the whole album tells one story.

Critics PR & listening session

Critics pathway refined across 70+ releases — including Kang Ho-jung and Samgakjeonpasa. We organize a pre-release listening session for critics — only possible with a full album. Recognition through reviews is the goal.

Grants & funding support

We have experience with arts grant programs and crowdfunding. We think through the budget structure together.

The journey to release

For an 8-track album, we usually design a 6-12 month timeline based on song readiness.

After consultation

Song readiness & scope check

We first review candidate tracks, demo readiness, session scale, budget, and target release date.

1 month

A&R & Track List

We design which songs belong on the album and what kind of record it will be.

1-3 months

Concept & Arrangement Design

We finalize the album concept, track order, and each song's arrangement scope.

3-6 months

Arrangement, Sessions & Recording

We connect the needed sessions and focus on vocal and instrumental recording.

5-8 months

Mixing & Album Tone

We shape the whole record so multiple songs feel like one album.

8-10 months

Mastering & Artwork

We prepare mastering, cover artwork, and distribution assets.

10-12 months

Lead Single, Album Release & PR

If useful, we release a lead single first, then continue into the full album release and critics/media PR.

What artists who worked with us say

Voices from artists whose releases are complete.

It's not just a recording studio; they deeply understand the artist's intent and guide you to your desired musical direction. Even though it was my first album, the result was better than I imagined.
Kim *JunMusic Production
They have an excellent ability to materialize abstract ideas into sound. Communication during mixing was great, and I got chills hearing the sound I only imagined. They balance artist stubbornness and mass appeal very well.
