Moredo Toyoil's 'We will sail for your freedom' is a single carrying the band's message of solidarity. A declaration of sailing together toward someone's freedom runs throughout the track, and to carry that resolve without exaggeration, both the arrangement and sound prioritized preserving the texture of live band performance.

Recording was based on live band tracking — basic tracks were captured as a live session, with vocals and additional layers overdubbed afterward. Drums included room microphones to actively utilize spatial ambience, and guitars were captured simultaneously from the amp cabinet front and the room to blend textures. On declarative hook sections we asked the vocalist to push slightly further, while the more lyrical verse sections were recorded with relaxed, almost spoken delivery.

In mixing, to maintain the band's wide texture, drum overheads and guitar channels were spread wide while bass was anchored firmly at center. Mid-range compression was carefully applied so vocals wouldn't be buried when chorus vocals burst in, and mastering aimed for a live-performance-style dynamic liveliness.

The finished work suits walking outside with earphones or being played loud through a venue PA. A single aimed at delivering the message of solidarity as energy.
