희우 <잊음>

Hee Woo's 'Forgetting' is a single carrying the emotion of calmly releasing flowing memory, as its title suggests. The arrangement kept a stripped-back acoustic base while string elements gently layered in toward the second half — the musical structure itself reveals the 'process of forgetting' naturally.

Recording data was based on material provided by the artist; we reorganized the arrangement and editing, and added only selective additional recording where needed. The vocal line preserved articulation and breath detail without excessive emphasis, finely shaping tone in editing, and acoustic guitar kept a natural texture where the grain of the strings could be felt. Harmonies were left at near-whisper level so the center wouldn't waver.

In mixing, to preserve both the vocal's close proximity and the instrumental air, reverbs were applied in layered differentiation. Vocals got a light short plate, while background guitar and pads used longer halls to separate spatial perspective. Mastering raised loudness modestly and preserved the natural dynamic fall.

The finished track suits quiet moments with earphones or small speakers. A song optimized for the experience of leaving it quietly playing beside you.
