까르 <TRANSITION>

Kkar (Caru) is a Korean female solo singer-songwriter working in folk/acoustic indie. "TRANSITION" is her digital single released on December 13, 2024. A self-taught musician who built her catalog through performances with a single guitar in everyday spaces, Kkar was selected for the 25th class of the CJ Cultural Foundation Tune Up program; "TRANSITION" sits at the point where she moved into a sustained recording cycle, followed in 2025 by the single "Light of the Wound" and the full-length 'O' series ("Won '原'" and "Jeong '情'").

Studio NOL participated in the production of this single. The work prioritized preserving the natural texture of voice and acoustic guitar at the core of Kkar's sound rather than imposing heavy processing.
